Online courses and in-person classes in Dubai โ mindful, accessible, and deeply personal. Whether you practice at home or join me on the mat, there's a place for you here.
I grew up in Germany, spent three years living and working in Zurich, and recently made Dubai my home. I stepped onto a mat for the first time at 18 and over the next thirteen years it became my most constant companion. In stressful periods (and after five years in fast-paced digital marketing roles, there were plenty of those) yoga brought me stillness. Whatever I needed, the practice somehow had an answer.
For me, yoga has never really been about the poses. It's about breath, about showing up, about that quiet moment when your mind finally stops running and you arrive, fully, in your body. After years of experiencing that for myself, I reached a point where keeping it to myself felt like a waste.
In 2024, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sanapurna in Zurich, not because I needed a certificate, but because I wanted to go deeper. I believe completely that yoga is for everyone. You don't need to be flexible, strong, or bendy. You just need to show up, and I'm so glad you're here.
Lisa Rose"Yoga is not about touching your toes. It's about what you learn on the way down."

There is no "yoga body." I teach to the person in front of me โ or behind the screen โ with full respect for individual anatomy and experience.
Breath is the most powerful tool we have. Every class I teach is built around conscious breathing as the foundation of movement and stillness.
I explain the "why" behind every pose โ the anatomy, the function, the benefit. When you understand what you're doing, you do it better and safer.
